Libraries in Leeds Festival

Did you know Leeds has over 50 libraries?

Most of them are accessible to the public and membership is completely FREE!

This inaugural festival showcases a number of the city’s libraries and celebrates their varied contributions to the health, heritage, cultural, arts and education sectors as well as being accessible places for Leeds’ communities to enjoy using together.

Our programme includes a number of interesting talks, thought-provoking discussions and ‘backstage’ experiences for everyone to enjoy, including a day of free family-friendly activities.
